A reasonable hotel if a little over-priced. The best features are the friendly staff and a lively pool bar sometimes used by the local Expat community. Worst feature is that the hotel is used to accommodate oil rig workers who share the restaurant facilities wearing soiled overalls and work boots. Use the hydrofoil from Saigon to get to Vung Tau.
