"We had a Deluxe Room in the New Wing. The view on the mountains here is fantastic. The hotel is located next to Sapa's main street with restautants and shops only a few footsteps away. Breakfast buffet is excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful, free luggage storage available and they arrange transport to Lao Cai for a good price."
