Thanh my from Australia stayed in a Superior for 3 days.
Very nice hotel. Carpet was a little old but clean enough. Spacious room with 2 double beds. Nice garden restaurant, the top floor cafe has billard tables, good view. Staff is friendly and helpful. Taxi and cyclo ( tricycle) stand just outside of the hotel. The beach acrross the road is beautiful with drink/service provided by hotel staff. I will come back. ( I was in 5 stars hotel in Saigon, New World hotel was not better than this)

Menno from Netherlands stayed in a Deluxe for 6 days.
Our sixth stay in this hotel. Why? A little out of the center, not to crowded and more easy to cross the busy road with a traffic light. Car use is expanding very fast in Nam now. The small private beach gives a beautifull look to the locals having fun after a hard days work or school. Beautifull views at the bay (ask for a room at the north side of the building). Clean rooms, good beds for a reasonable price. Hotel is updated last year.Breakfast is sufficient for western people, at Vietnamese hollidays a little hectic, but also that has its charme, than you know where you are. Good Spa and nice pools (two).

It was terrible place and service.
The staff members are so strict they try to control you insted of service. You can not bring any gust - includes your close family members - to your room at all. You will find lots of small tiny ants and insects all over - include in the bed - somtimes it bites. The door can be opened without key and key is malfunctioning so many times. You can hear street noise loudly, it lead you can't sleep.
Better go other hotel.

After five visits here, the Yasaka stays still our favourite. Value for money. Rooms are redone and clean. The staff is very friendly and their English is improved. Choose the northside of the building. The neighbours are building and this give a lack of view.

A HotelTravel.com Member from United States stayed in a Deluxe for 2 days.
We booked this hotel because we thought it is a 4 stars hotel. But it actually just a 3 stars or even a 2 stars. The bathroom is dirty, the facilily is old, the hotel is always noisy, and they allow people smoke too much inside the hall way which is not good for any family with children like us. We only stayed there for 1 day, and checked out right away the very next early morning and moved to Sun-rise hotel where we found very comfortable to stay.

Geoffrey from United Kingdom stayed in a Deluxe for 6 days.
A good, reasonably priced hotel just about worth the three stars. Worth having at least one meal in the roof-top restaurant for the views alone. Spa facility OK if a little pricey. Can recommend it but would probably not stay there again. Use the hotel airport pick-up service.

Yvonne from Canada stayed in a Superior for 3 days.
Smalll things like stains on the carpet, windows that make viewing your nieghbours too easy and sporadic mini bar stuff replacement detract from the 4 star rating - we expected more but the staff were friendly. The location is bordering the edge of the action ( Sailing Club, La lousianne, Shortys, Kims etc), the pool area is lovely but there was often no staff at the bar/snack bar there. The red Onion restaurant was nice enough but the chef didn't have a clear idea about some international dishes e.g. Spaghetti Carbonara is not loaded with chunks of onion. English newspapers in the lobbby were over a week out of date, gift shop prices were reasonable and housekeeping was quick to respond to special requests e.g extra pillows. All in all a nice stay but not quite worthy of an interational 4 star rating.

One evening we have eaten in the red onion restaurant. The food was really of bad quality. The breakfast in the same restaurant was okay. It's a very nice hotel. the staff however has a lot of problems in speaking and understanding English. Look out with getting a normal massage. The girls have other plans.
