To our mind best hotel in Nha Trang as it is the only one located directly on the beach. The others - in a road. Actually did bot see real hotel beaches except ours. Crowds of local people everywhere, and no security at all. Here was private beach about 200 m. Comfortable and pleasant relax. No local merchants and others. Just some, making exercises in the morning. Nice clean territory. Hotel and room Service was perfect and professional. But beach boys might do their work better. Same beach security guard: just observe. Water clean and calm but till 10.30-11 a.m. Then little winding, waving and a lot of garbage in the water. Just twice garbage-collectors were seen within 12 days. So the beach is almost empty and you may stay there comfortable and with no noise. At 3-4 p.m. water was clean again.
Pools are good, their water is even hot at noon. But the largest pool is at the very end of the hotel territory so not comfortable for the guests stayed at another hotel end. Spa is very well equipped and decorated but need to be more professional. European spa prices (massage commencing 50$ per 30 min) with rather low quality of service (skills of the therapeutists). Did manicure and pedicure 55$ per 1 hour. Manicure was not bad but pedicure resulted with cut of finger and following 2 days of not pleasant time. Vietnamese massage had nothing with any massage at all, just circular stroking of the body (75$ per 85 min). To have really good massage will recommend to visit Mud bath near the town (5$ taxi). VIP whole day procedure costs 145$ per two people and includes full set of: private appartments, Mineral pool, steam, massage shower, mud bath, 1,5 hour of really good and professional massage, lunch, manicure-pedicure (not good but possible) or hair-face massage washing and free taxi back to the hotel. Unfortunately we learned it at the end of stay so waste money at hotel SPA and visited Mud only once. Nha Trang itself is just a town, nothing to do, not so much to see. Just souvenirs and cheep quality goods, except silk embroidery pictures and bed linen. Pearls are mostly "pearl made", i.e. made of pearl powder. Best natural pearls we saw only in hotel shop with corresponding price commensing 150$ per string.
Basically, in spite of some littlle not important disadvantages, the hotel is very good for couples, honeymoon and family vacation.

Great resort but you really are paying top dollar, and the town of Nha Trang is like Marbella in Spain - all construction of new high rise buildings and no character. There are more interesting places to visit in Vietnam. On the other hand if you want nothing more than a luxury beach resort this will suit you.

We upgraded through HotelTravel.Com and, thank goodness we did, as we had a beach front villa so our back sliding door faced the ocean. The cheaper rooms are on the front side of the resort and the main road is directly behind the units so you get all of the street noise! All the facilities were very nice with a nice choice of where to eat and what to do. We had a choice of swilling in the beautiful ocean or swimming in one of the two pools on the property...Great! We had wonderful food, both American and Vietnamese and the tropical drinks were excellent. A resort like this one, in our area or in Southern California, would run at least $300.00 per day so we thought the price we paid was excellent. Thanks you for such a great job.
