Colin from Ireland stayed in a Junior suite for 5 days.
Went there in July 2009 and had a wonderful time there. Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend. Our Junior Suite on the beach is probably the best hotel room I've had - really comfy bed.
I recommend.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Victoria and I would not hesitate to recommend it-in fact, I already have!

We really enjoyed our stay Victoria Hoi An. Our room was lovely with a nice balcony and a large bathroom. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was generous and the beach was safe, clean and very quite. I have only 2 points to mention: the hotel is not directly in Hoi An and you have to use a little shuttle bus to get into town. The bus only runs every hour (otherwise there is an additional charge) and stops running rather early. The other point was the pricing in the hotel which is completely off. Eating at the hotel should be avoided as it is expensive and really not that great. We arrived late on the first eve and decided to eat at the hotel which was not a good idea. Even compared to some of the best restaurants in Hanoi and Saigon this was unjustified. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

A HotelTravel.com Member from Luxembourg stayed in a Junior suite for 3 days.
We stayed in a Junior Suite: very nice with outdoor shower, new bathroom, beachview from bed, direct access to the beach.....but everybody passed in front of the room to look inside, there was no! privacy. We needed to darken the room totaly only to take a shower. Lying on the bed was a spectacle for the other guests.
The view to the see was spectacular, but....
Breakfast was very good, the restaurant was overpriced with bad food. I had a tuna that first was served cold and than tasted like an old fish (20 USD).Shuttle bus to Hoi An was perfect. Nice small restauranta and shops in the surrounding, beautifull beach.
Fitness room was basic.
Stay was ok, but to expensive for that service.

Van from United Kingdom stayed in a Deluxe seaside for 3 days.
The hotel messed up our booking and did not want to honour the voucher for our booking of 2 deluxe rooms. Blamed the mixup on the travel agent. General manager did not want to see us saying he was on the phone even though we were at the reception for almost an hour. GM did not bother to contact us after the event. Very poor professionalism and blame is always on others.
Room service was poor. When called for some ice ,on one occasion, the answer was "call the restaurant for it"! On another, it took 15 minutes.
Beach was beautiful but the hotel personnel spoiled our holiday. Be warned!!

Elaine from United Kingdom stayed in a Superior for 6 days.
We had a lovely stay at the Victoria An. Our triple room was quite spacious but the beds were a bit hard. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel including beach volleyball, gym, pool table, kayaks etc. The location was perfect for our family - right on the beach but only a short shuttle ride to town. The breakfast buffet was great especially the Pho and the fruit. Food and drinks were expensive but not more so than other resorts we've stayed at. We stocked up on snacks and drinks from the local stores and the hotel had no problem with us having these by the pool. Without exception the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.

Not worth the price at all. This is the most expensive hotel in the area and both the facilities and quality of service are significantly inferior to others such as Hoi An Riverside Resort, Life Resort, and Furama in near by Danang.

Gerhard from Australia stayed in a Superior river view for 5 days.
This is a really great hotel with a wonderful beachfront location. The staff are outstanding and the service we recieved was excellent. The hotel is extremely relaxing and the added attraction of the resident elephant, which you can see around the pool area throughout the day was a terrific added attraction!
We loved this hotel and thought it was great value for money. Would stay here again anytime
