Great reception staff, all staff friendly, great breakfast, river villas - great location on the working river. This hotel has the ocean across the road and the river on the other side. Just perfect. Great breakfast and good swimming pools - very large colonial style rooms. Out of town but only a USD$3 taxi fare into town. Local food markets nearby. Absolute unique location. Night candles floating down the river organised by the hotel - spectacular. Evening family beach culture - a wonderful experience...

Best accomondation in this hotel is River Villa room. Becourse another types are view on a road. (For example, It is more expensive hotel category "Vietnamise Ocean House" and "Seaside View Villa". This room really has ROAD View! After this road (about 3-5 minutes walk) - small hotel beach. Nice location. Free shattle from hotel to old town Hoi An. Food is not interesting and it is the same every day.

An excellent hotel which has private beach area. Room facilities are very good, though it is a little noise because our room is beside the road, expecially during mid-night, the moto roar over and sometimes was woke up by it. By anyway, it is an excellent hotel in average.

An excellent spacious room with river view and wonderful private beach. The face to face service (front desk) is rubbish but if you just want to holiday with ease and with privacy its perfect -organization is poor but the people are nice

We went to Hoi An in March, 2005. Our stay at the Hoi An Beach Resoirt was wonderful. There was everything that we needed (except sunshine) not there fault of course to make our stay enjoyable. We are actually going back in March this year and no doubt iwll be once again staying at the Hoi An Beach Resort. It was out of town but there was never a problem with transport, it was safe clean and friendly. I would have no hesitation in suggesting that my friends or family should stay there.
