This is a great choice if you want to stay in a nice hotel with all the facilities right in town. I have stayed several times in resorts on the beach but will stay here again on my next trip.

A four star hotel that lacks hospitality. Reception was hardly smiling when we checked in. There were no turn-down service although we checked in at noon. Missed out on a snokelling trip to Cham island organised by Hoi An Travel as we found that out only when we checked out. Hotel TV has hardly any movies. Programs are repeated over and over again. Nice hotel with a pool... but unfriendly atmosphere.

Generally, a nice serene atmosphere although some of the facilities (gym and swimming pool) need improvement. There were a few millipede-like insects crawling out of the bath tub on several occasions (deluxe room), and some cockroaches too.

Airey, spacious hotel which felt luxurious but not ostentatious owing to the predominance of wood. Relaxed and secluded but only a few minutes walk from Hoi An's main streets. Our room overlooked the pool courtyard. The pool was freezing!, and the dining area a little soul-less but I would be very happy to stay there again if I ever go back.
