Hotel is relatively old and rooms tend to be crowded. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. There was no in-room safe despite it being listed as a feature. Air conditioning and hot water were centrally controlled and were often turned off resulting in the need to call reception each time we returned to the hotel to have the air conditioning turned on. Hot water only failed once during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was well maintained however the free breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Even when the buffet was selected, for additional cost, it did not provide a reasonable selection of food and the hot food was always cold.
