It is a bit far away from the attractions in the centre, but they do offer a free shuttle bus. Great views from the sky bar on the 25th floor. The room has what you need but nothing out of the ordinary. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The Hotel location is very convienience for tourist to shop & have their meals.
I like most is the "Children Care Centre". The chilren workers are very friendly although they can't speak English. Parents will feel safe to put their children over there while they are in the shopping mall... Wish to stay longer so that we are able to use other facilities.Thanks!

The room was big, but it´s smells in the room of cold and moist. There was no window, so it needs to get some fresh up and change the air. For a 5 star hotel it is not worth the price. So we only stay for 1 night.

The staff just made things happen for us. Polite and with a smile. Shuttle bus more than made up forthe location.We saw parts of dist 5 we would not had we used a central location.The little extras that where included, made our stay of two weeks very comfortable. We will be going back.

For me good location, only 20 mins form airport with shuttle service. Hotel rates were excellent and all facilities prety good. Highlight for many was the excellent breakfast. Location allowed for touring of Chinatown, and hotel runs an FOC shuttle to city centre to allow for sight seeing in District 1. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

My experience during my stay at Windsor Plaza ranks it as a 3-star hotel rather than a five. Bar soap was used in the lobby toilet on the ground floor instead of dispensing liquid soup. The floor in the toilet was wet and the smell of urine was evident. The lobby staff on the ground level (door-persons and concierge) behaved like a bunch of hooligans during peak period and worst some do not even give you a simple "HI" when they see you during off-peak hours. They seemed too busy having their little own personal conversation with their comperes. And may I also add that at a five-star hotel, guests usually do not have to open their own doors when walking out of the hotel, however, at windsor, you will have to in most occasions.
On a positive note, I must congradulate the reception staff on the fourth floor for their most professionalism in all aspects of interaction with their guests. Good Job! Sometimes I wonder whether these two groups of staff are from two different educational and F&B experiential backgrounds?

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Good variety of food & beverage. The Hotel maybe quite a distance away from District One, but the surrounding offers quite a variety of food outlets that cater for tourists. The prices are reasonable. I would suggest that the hotel provides shutter service between the District One shopping area and the hotel. Taxis easily available. Complete facilities like live brand, restaurant and a shopping arcade.
