Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to shopping area which is walking distance. Very convenient.Slept well since it is a very quiet place to stay...or the city of Ho Chi Minh itself is very peaceful at night???we liked the big clock on the wall since time difference between countries always make us confused during traveling....

The attitude of the receptionists were terribly bad at the time of check-in. I regretted already from the begining. I was able to feel all the poor parts of services in Vietnam by only one night stay. My total evaluation of the services was so poor that I did not want to pay even US$30/night.
