Expensive but good if you get the right room. Club level rooms have good inclusions but I can't speak for the deluxe and superior. I have had extremely bad experiences with Sofitel in Hanoi but Ho Chi Minh was a enormous step up.

Every thing was exellent. Especially the bread of breakfast is 6 stars. We stayed 6 nights.Sutisfied very much. Atmosphere is French taste. It is different from other new rising hotels.

Everything in the hotel was perfect. The staff are friendly and always helpful. We had an afternoon departure flight and were allowed to delay our check out time by 2 hours without problem. Clean and airy with quiet air conditioning. Bottled water supplied daily. We used the pool a couple of times. Friendly and chatty staff. Comfortable loungers. One could usually get a taxi without too lengthy a wait

Great stay, fantastic food, nice view for roof-top swimming pool. Very professional and friendly service, in particular, there is a French, young assistant manager.

I very much like this hotel. Great value for money - wonderful breakfast buffet, and close to town. I would stay there again on future trips!
