The experience was just plainly awful when the whole bathroom on the 7th collapsed to the room of my friend on the 6th floor. This was a traumatic experience that happened at 3:00 AM in a city that was foreign to us. The hotel management should have been more courteous to the situation and offered extra services.To top it all off the bath tub in my room was perpetually flooding. This was making the floor all wet but what should I expect from the price we paid; however what my friend experienced was something that was disturbing. If one sees the pictures they wouldn’t want that horrible occurrence happen again.
