The hotel was not full at all, yet they had informed me that the special room rates were all taken and that I would therefore have to pay the normal rate ? This was obviously untrue. I also had to argue with them to get a late check out - eventually they agreed that I could check out at 3 PM ( I wanted to check out at 4 PM ). I have been staying at this hotel on and off for 12 years now, but will probably stay elsewhere on my next visit. It was not good value for money.

We had an incident during our stay at the hotel, but the hotel helped us a lot to overcome the problem.

Good clean rooms with helpfull staff and good location but bit overpriced compared to what you get with smaller payment.
