David Green, Australia "The Hotel Majestic lived up to it's name in every way. From the moment we walked through the doors it seemed that their exceptional staff were there only for us. I can not speak highly enough of this hotel, and their excellent service made a great holiday absolutely fantastic. The room was excellently kept, the staff went so above and beyond the call of duty (We had a birthday in the Serenade restaurant and they organised a cake, pianist and every single staff member sang happy birthday) and the food in the restaurants was delicious. The Majestic is, in every way, what a 5 star hotel should be." Floor--without the perks BUT allowed to use the special breakfast room--great stay. We did have trouble with the key to the door but they sent a maintance man up to correct it promptly.
