This is not a new hotel. However, my stay in this hotel was quite pleasant. The room (slight outside noise) was more than adequate. I even had a balcony. Everything in the room worked well: television, air conditioner, refrigerator, safe, all lights and the bathroom facilities. My mattress was firm and the pillows were magnificent.The service was first class. I ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning and I ate dinner upon arriving the first evening. I did try other restaurants, including an upscale French restaurant, a short taxi ride away, and a French bistro in another shopping area. I was elated with them. I could see the Ben Thanh market from my hotel. I took a couple of tours and was pleased with my choices of sites to see. My visit to Ho Chi Minh City was a pleasure.

Can see Ben Thanh Market from the hotel and is only abt 5min walk away. Can get a good view of the city from the restaurant at 10th level where we have breakfast everyday.The staff are really helpful and friendly. They do help me with my request to the best of their ability. For example, where to shop and how to go there. I stayed in the Deluxe room. It was very spacious, really clean and comfortable. TV channels were great. And I really appreciate the little changes in the breakfast buffet every morning. Though the spread is not great but putting in the effort to let the guests taste the different Vietnamese delicacies made a difference in the whole experience. They have free wifi access and we can use the computers at the business centre beside the concierge free of charge. There is a in-room safe and the room comes with a small balcony. My mum and I enjoyed staying there very much. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Location was perfect for me as it was close to my business requirements. For leisure, close to the market and walking distance from main shopping areas. Good value for money. Will stay there again

we had a room DELUXE, it was a big , clean room, the bed good. We recommend to have a room on the left/right side of the hotel, because the rooms on the front side are too noisy. Big breakfast buffet, free access in internet is also good. We will come again!
