This hotel is excellent.....within walking distance (10 minutes) of the market.and several other sites....bargains galore! The rooms are very nice.....but rather small. The inroom safe is wonderful. The doorman is amazing. He recommended restaurants for us and they were remarkable. Helped a friend get a prescription...every detail is looked after...Arranged a tour for us...

The Hotel is within walking distance to Ben Thann Market. The things I like most about the hotel are the staff, they are helpful & courteous and the room which is very clean & do not have any unpleasant smell.

The Hotel was nice and clean, staff was attentive and helpful and considering we were there during Tet and there were thousands of motorcycles going past the hotel the room was quiet. The breakfast was also a great treat

Hotel looks and smells old, buffet breakfast is not really a buffet, luckily we only stated for one night, if we were planning on staying longer, we definitely would have moved to another hote.

Comfortable enough although I'd wish the bathroom was more adequately equipped like with a blow-dryer or better shower facilities. The room lighting was on the dim side & the two table lamps were not working. Location-wise, the hotelis not far from central but taxi-drivers don't seem to be familiar with either its name or the address.Staff are warm, helpful & friendly with ever a smile on their face. Overall, I suppose the hotel is useful enough for the budget-conscious on short trips or stopovers.

The concierge is indeed very helpful. The only negative point was the loudspeaker outside of the hotel at 6.30 am telling some propaganda and making it impossible to sleep.
This hotel is to be recommended. Even if the rooms are small, they have everything you need and are very clean.

big enough for 2 to 3 person, complete practical amenities like a personal safe provided per room. immediate response for request by client, courteous front desk personnel especially for questions and directions w/c are common among first time tourist. very nice location near market and malls. in front of a bank w/c makes it easier for exchange. friendly and courteous hotel staff and personnel. i do recommend this hotel to tourist with a modest budget.
