Excellent location and friendly staff. Not bad price compared to the other 4-5 star hotels. Note that there's no safe in the rooms so you need to use the lobby safet deposit boxes. No pool which on a sweltering day in HCM would be a very welcome addition

The hotel is situated very central which is its biggest advantage. The rooms are generally clean, but the blankets on the bed and the carpets looked quite used. If you want to sleep longer than 6am in the morning, then don't ask for a room facing the street-the isolation is not the best. Breakfast variety is small but tasty. Especially the local fruits offered are very good. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, one warning: the staff at the hotel massage salon is very unprofessional-I would not advise to go there.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. Convenient walking to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, it is terribly dated. The room furnishings were dowdy and the corridors drab. The "fitness center" was laughable. That said, there was a lovely central outdoor courtyard where a terrific breakfast was served each morning. If someone gave the place a makeover it could be an elegent gem. The architecture is old colonial with tons of potential charm.
