This hotel is located in the central district very convienence for food,shopping,leisure & the best casino is PALAZZO in sheraton hotel .I like HCM . I will be looking forward to visit again soon.

stayed over at the said place for 4 days and found rather amusing on especially on the room lay out. Room's rather cramped with the double bed, furniture (table and chair) and the bathroom was separated of its toilet bowl and the shower. the noise level is rather acceptable considering the nature of vehicles' honking 24/7. haven't see the other rooms but my guess that the double bedder room would be abt the same unless it's the suite room.

The hotel was well located and the some of the staff were very helpful. The big problem was that the desk for booking trips was always empty and when we enquired about what trips they could organise, we were told that we would have to wait 30 minutes ebfore someone would come and talk to us. The room was quite small and the view from our window was of some ventilation shaft filled with pipes and ducts.

Firstly the site was not clear that there are 2 Bong Sen's, this being the newer Annex which is about 100M away from the original. When the Taxi took me to the Original the Hotel was totally unhelpful in explaining where the Annex was! They were rude! No, I could not recommend this. BTW, they had the worst attempt at Breakfast I had ever seen in 30 years of travelling!!! Room was clean if small. Great Location in the heart of HCMC!

Everything was great at the Bong Sen. The only snag was upon check-in as they tried to put me into a room with two single beds despite my reservation calling for one large bed. They did quickly fix this problem though and I was quite happy with my stay there.
