for the price, the hotel is disappointing. room is dirty and the coordination is poor. We asked for a non-smoking room but was taken to 2 smoking rooms. They could simply let us know there's no non-smoking room available and we can just wait for 1~2 hrs instead of dragging luggage to see other smoking rooms.

Room without a window, noisy air-condition, aircon-blow directly to the bed.

It was a nice hotel stay here.The standard rooms are not a big hit,but it was very clean,stuff were friendly and the location was great.The breakfast is absolutley ok and also the little bar next to the street is very nice. Also consider its not the Sheraton or Hilton,so in a good budget hotel with a very cosy atmosphere.So we will come back after a few weeks to stay here again in saigon.

My room had no window...this is good for those with jetlag, and was probably reflected in price. Next time, I'd go for a little bit of light and view. Perfectly located, however.

Location, being on Kong Dhoi St was great. Restaurants, shopping and transport are right outside. Our room was at the back and therefore very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Only problem was the pillows which were very ordinary

The environment near the hotel is good full of shops and restaurants. It is also very central and convenient to move out to other places of interests. The food is excellent and the staff are all very friendy and helpful. This is our first trip to Vietnam and we enjoyed our trip.

This hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and the location if fantastic. If you want to stay away from the Mini hotels and have a little bit more money to spend but don't want to break the bank, this hotel would be number one on my list.
