A great location directly opposite Hoan Kiem Lake, close to many market stalls and the famous water puppets. The complimentary breakfast had good variety and was tasty. We ate at the hotel's restaurnat for an evening meal the day that we arrived - not to be recommended however. The rooms are clean, simple and comfortable but don't expect high glamour. One definite 'plus' for the Zephyr is that the rooms remain quiet despite being close to loud and busy main roads....
