Rated #3 for all Hanoi hotels
Hotel was convenient to city . Polite and efficient staff. Bathroom was a little small, and we would have prefered a separate shower cubicle.
We would certainly use the Hotel again....

Wonderful atmosphere, decore and service, brilliant location too. They are having some major renovation at the moment (Aug 07). Our room was right next to the noise and it started early. When we complained the response was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay, and I can understand why it has such an excellent reputation; but frankly, they were all a bit formal (stuffy) for us, especially as we were traveling with our children. Problems with the booking were eventually resolved, but we did have to fight a bit about it first.
