Hotel key kept de-activating and our safe combo stopped working. Although its convenient to many shops, I think I would of rather stayed by the Lake instead. Taxis were very accessible from the hotel but the airport taxis were not familiar with the hotel. The staff was very helpful but at times seemed clingy in terms of trying to learn more about you. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the price....
