As a traveller on a budget booking accomodation over the internet, there wasn't alot of budget accomodation available at the time, would recommend the place to anyone, who wanted some where to stay as it was clean, people friendly and we enjoyed the experience...

Very nice modern hotel. Internet access in rooms is problematic, but wireless service in the lobby is fine. Staff are professional and very friendly. Location is good, but long walk to shopping district.

Good service and well located, the hotel is only a few minutes away from down town Hanoi and other important sites within Hanoi. Taxis are always available at the hotel if one don't feel like walking. The Horizon Hotel was a good choice.

The room I stayed was spacious and well maintained, house-keeping staff is reliable. On the contrary, reception part is not on satisfactory level. The room that they initially assigned to me was totally different from my request and took time to finally get acceptable room.

This was the first hotel that we stayed in when we arrived in Vietnam. We had never been there before and had no idea on what to expect. It was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and of good size, the staff were friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. We stayed there for 2 nights prior to continuing our trip. Prior to leaving we had made another reservation to return to the Horizon prior to our departure. When we returned we were amazed to find that we had been upgraded to the executive suite. We were just everyday clients and did not expect anything like this from such a large establishment. We are returning to Hanoi in March this year and will most definately be once again staying at the Horison Hotel.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. I tried two restaurants and they were both outstanding in terms of food and service. Impeccably presented room and halls, etc. A safe, spacious, modern and well-run hotel.
