We find the hotel location excellent for the area . Very convenient for travellers .Shopping and eatery are within close proximity. This location provides you with the best example of the city night life of Hanoi . An experience not to be missed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff service could be improve.
Food could be better . Breakfast variety is limited.
Howvever , we dislike the noise level and traffic , air pollution and hygiene. The flooring of the rooms could be improved . Much blemishes onthe wooded flooring . Bed makeup are not to European standard. No transfer services available.
