Actually, this hotel has 4 stars. Therefore, I don't say your information is wrong because the value of HERITAGE HOTEL is just like 3 stars. SAIGONG HALONG HOTEL, another one in this area, has also 4stars, but SAIGONG HOTEL is much better.
One important complain is HERITAGE HOTEL doesn't reply any email question.
Another one is the information on their internet home site is wrong. For instance, the HERITAGE HOTEL don't have limousin service inspite their sayings on internet, and the internet homepage might show wrong email address.
However, the staffs were kind, though sometimes too kind like asking about my schedule on detail. Anyway thank for their kindness.
Totally, I give 3 stars rate for HERITAGE HOTEL in Halong!
