this hotel is very old. specially this hotel do not have safety box.

Novotel Dalat when we booked in we were given standard rooms but we had booked superior rooms which we had to bring to their attention. They did upgrade. Also no air conditioning in the rooms.

The weather is very cold here and there is no heater. The room is so small and old elevator. This old hotel is not 4 stars. The price is so expesnsive.

Not a lot of room. The view was a little dissapointing. staff were helpful. Not too far from the centre of town and had areas close by to eat and see. breakfast was great.

The Novotel Hotel was outstanding in every respect. The front desk staff were efficient, courteous and helpful and our room was very, very nicely appointed. We especially appreciated the fact that all arrangements for our travel on to Nha Trang were made with absolutely no problem by the folks at the hotel. We plan to return to Vietnam next March and look forward to reconnecting with our friends at the Novotel.
