Staying 5 days in Saigon Can Tho, hotel reception and housecleaning staff were very good during our stay. Room was big and comfortable. But they need to improve pillow, pillow too hard and very small. Hotel location was very good, close to Meking River, have very good night view beside the river. But if the hotel want to improve and meet 3-starts, they really need to look into their restuarant and massage services, because this will really upset lots of guests. This is the only place we found staffs at hotel restuarant and massage room not smilling during our trip to Saigon and Mekong apart from staff at airport duty free. Breakfast every morning was very awful, no fruits, milk and yougurt and some of the food empty at 8am (breakfast hour begin from 6am~9:30am) so we have to wake up very early for our breakfast, service in the restuarant very bad, we been waiting more than 5mins for someone to show up to cook eggs and noodles, we didnt get any. One morning, we got the yogurt which was off. Service wasn't good. Staff not able to communicate and understand very simple english.
My mother-in-law got a massage at the hotel 5th floor, their service was shocking. Massage girls and reception in the massage room have no smilling face at all, they look at us like aliens. I was told by my mother-in-law that the massage girl start begging for perfume and money after 5mins in the massage room. We told the massage girl to be gentle, but she using all her power.
