The hotel was not too bad, but only one person could speak English. At first they said we did not have reservations there. Thank God for Jhonny. He spoke English and helped us a lot. Due to bad weather our flight was canceled and lost one days rent at the Cumberland Hotel. The Staff simmed like friendly people but none of them spoke English. The room wasm't bad but had two twin beds, instead of a full size or a queen size bed. The bath tub was so high that my back started hurting, trying to get in and out of it. If people of Venezuela want tourist from other countries, they should make an effort to learn English.
