The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is way overpriced for what you get. Some of the negative points are - very poor selection of toiletries in the room – no do not disturb sign on the door so we were woken early each morning, charges for internet in the rooms - $15 per day! They even charge $2 for toll free class from the guest rooms!! There is a good view from the tower rooms but we were situated beside the high powered lift and it sounded like planes taking off all day and night. In summary it is an average hotel and not paying the money to stay there - there are much better value hotels around the union square area.
