The hotel was undergoing a renervation. The room I was allocated was outside on a balcony with double sliding glass doors, not much security if any and the balcony was full of cocrete dust as the builders were still renovation the balcony. The car park enterance was like a building site.
I was lucky however.I refused the room and got an upgrade for an additional $20.00 a night + tax. Other people had to accept what they were given as the hotel wa fully booked.
On the plus side It was a close as you can get to Disney Downtown ( 5 minute walk
