The hotel check in staff was wonderful in making sure we got our reservation straightened out due to errors with the reservation company. The room was very clean, very comofortable, and the breakfast was great. Making your own waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice, was nice not to go out to a restaurant for breakfast. We were very close to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. You couldn't get closer to all of them without being too close. The room was quiet but needed more drawer space. But that's the only issue. The pool was clean and the hottub was always available and very clean. Ask for a pool side room as the other rooms are highway side and could be noisy.
