2.8/5alessandro from Italy recently stayed in a Deluxe double room, 2 double beds for 2 days.

The advertised free wi-fi was never granted and the bed sizes were a mere full, insufficient for a 6'2" person as myself, but overall functional and clean, positive experience unlikely to be repeated. Dinner at Brazilian Steakhouse Plataforma was a plus, but did not come cheap.

3.9/5Lori from Canada stayed in a Executive two double beds - full breakfast for 2 for 4 days.

Fabulous location (theatre district, close to Time Square and Central Park and just around the corner from Hell's Kitchen with many fab restaurants). Courteous staff (especially doorman and bellboys), clean rooms and amenities (basic but acceptable). Really nice to have the coffee maker and fridge in the room! All rooms have a kitchenette area which is a bonus! Our package included breakfast which was an American buffet (eggs, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, pastries, fruit, coffee, juice). The food was good, although it would be nice if there was a bit of variety as it got pretty boring after day 3. We requested an executive room on a higher floor and the request was honored. The room was fairly standard but it was big enough, quiet and the A/C worked well (it was over 90 when we were there so this was very much appreciated!). The bed was very comfortable and the marble bathroom was fresh and modern. I would highly recommend that you pay extra for the newly renovated executive room as I can't imagine what a standard room would be like. We were concerned about bedbugs as I had heard so many horror stories about NYC hotels. I was assured that there had been no recent complaints and we did not have any problems. Housekeeping was very friendly and flexible to our schedule. We did not find that the information provided by the concierge was terribly helpful (in fact it was inaccurate) but that may have been just a bad day. All in all, this is good value for the price, considering it is NYC. And there is do much to do in the big apple that you don't spend too much time in your hotel anyway!
