This hotel for its 3 star rating is excellent. The situation is good; between downtown LA and Hollywood. I cannot fault it for the price we paid. Contrary to popular belief the public transport in LA is very good and inexpensive. There are bus stops next to the hotel and a Metro station opposite. We were able to take a short subway ride to Hollywood and also a 'Rapid' bus to Santa Monica, with no hassle trying to park. There are good restaurants nearby; not just fast food, ask the hotel staff. Internet use in the hotel is expensive, but there is an Internet Cafe opposite at a quarter of the pr...

Train station just across the road.We had a late night flight out of LA, and the desk staff were very helpful with storing our luggage after checkout
