It is really depend on who is the staff on duty when you check-in. My friend and I check in on the different date. The staff who I met was fluent in English. So he is able to answer the questions I asked him. However, when my friend check in, he feel that the receipionist is bad, as the he does not really understand what he wants. Basically, my rooms is clean and quiet, consider my room is on the 2nd floor and facing the road, I did not hear any road noise. ...

Enjoyed my stay, the area at night is not somewhere you would walk around. Room was on the small size with no suitcase stand, so I had to leave it on the floor.Bathroom very good Reception staff very helpful, shuttle service to airport very efficient. I would stay there again.
