The staff was friendly at this hotel in a sort of family-owned style. The hotel provide free transport to the Galleria area and another nearby mall (both within 5 sq mi.) by request several times a day. The hotel provided only one computer for internet access and it was not working and it was not fixed during the visit. Internet access via a personal computer was absolutely no problem (open hotspot). Very quiet hotel even though it is next to a freeway junction. It is also a bit isolated. Not too much is within walking distance. Not many guests booked at the time. The breakfast could be improved.
Room has the basics: a relatively comfotable bed, a desk and a TV.
The hotel provides access to a computer, but the computer was not working during the visit and was not fixed during the visit. The internet was accessed via a personal computer with no problems. The staff was friendly and the hotel provided free transportation to the shopping areas by request several times a day. The hotel seems to be a family-owned type. The breakfast provided could be improved. There is a bar and a sushi bar/restaurant. There are vending machines also. The hotel was reasonably clean. It could use some imporvments for interior decoration (new wallpaper, carpets, etc.), but on the whole adequate. Not the best place to need any business services. Better to find an office service outlet. The single computer provided by the hotel was not working and unavailable for the duration of the visit. However, with a personal computer there were no problems accessing the Internet. The hotel is not really within walking distance to much and it is next to a freeway junction. The hotel provides a free transport bus to shopping areas (and other places) within a 5 sq. mi. area by request any time at the guests' convenience. Taxis must be arranged. The free transport may be more problematic when the hotel is more fully booked.
