First off the staff did a great job at trying to accommodate us and that was greatly appreciated. However the quality of the room nearly ruined our trip had we let it. We spent four days at the hotel and not once had wash clothes and at one point was only given two bath towels. We had to change rooms on our second day because of size and sink drain issues and the second room although bigger had the same drain issue that wasn't corrected till our last night. The bathrooms lack any sort of practical counter space and you're forced to use the toilet to place your belongings on while getting ready for the day or evening. The vent fan in the second room didn't work and the bathroom filled with steam to the point you couldn't see. The first room didn't have a blow dryer or remote for the tv and we had to again go to the front desk and request those. The hotel really needs to step up its game with simple things like towels and working equipment in the room.. Sadly disappointed as the reviews online and pictures were not conducive to the actual experience.
