The first handicap accessible room had a dirty carpet and a showerhead that leaked. The second room that I moved to had a bathroom with no tub, too much of an angle even for a wheelchair to get up if the person were alone. The lip on the shower was so low that the water leaked all over the floor and formed a large pool of water all of the way down to the wall. It was a terrible mess to clean up. For a handicap accessible room, it was not good at all. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom. I found the room quite small. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
