I was a bit worried as I did not really know if this was going to be conveniently located. It was very easy to find and upon arrival we were greeted by very cheerful members of staff. Check in was very speedy and the rooms were very smart and roomy. We are going back to ATL and this is our only choice ....

excellent customer service!! room comfortable and clean. Friendly, efficient staff.
Service at the bar was good but was a little pricey!! Was being refurbished so parts of the hotel loked a little 'grubby'. Close to shopping centre, buses, and restaurants. Used the subway to Lenox mall, the service at the station was great; the station personel were helpful and friendly. Otherwise we walked to nearby restaurants, where the service was equally as good.

The room was quiet and that is a big plus especially in a downtown hotel. The room was clean and the bed relatively comfortable. The heating was a bit uneven, hard to get the temperature regulated. Overall, a pleasant experience.
