Service provided by all staff to us was excellent.Overall breakfast buffet need to improve.Eggs should be on request basis, instead of hard boiled. Overheard one male breakfast waiter saying"breakfast is provided free of charge,if you wants eggs cooked your way,you must pay".It embarassing for that guest early in the morning.I am sure all services provided are built into the room cost....

The reception was OK. The bellboy at the lobby was not accomodating. he doesnt help the guests at all. Did not even asissted my guests in getting their baggages. The Room service was too slow. we ordered foor and it took nearly 2 hours before it was served. The sheets were not changed everyday and floor was not vaccum. The Bathroom - they do not have the hot/cold water. All was hot. I got 2 kids and it was disappointing. The A/C was too cold... and it was sharing to 2 more rooms.... They reduced it to 10 degrees... and the air duct was directly hitting the bed... which causes colds... they should have at least the control inside the room... Sad to say, but i wont coose this hotle next time.

This is an ordinary to less than ordinary choice in city full of options. I found other hotels in this price range have some better features, especially a TV that works (this one has only a few extremely "staticky" Arabic-language channels), Wireless Internet connections in the rooms or at the least the lobby, at least rudimentary business centers. It is also noisy with seemingly all night bars and clubs functioning. The location in Deira is very good, however.

Location is good and hotel charge is very reasonable as compared with other
hotels in Dubai.Breakfast is good.However, I hope that the staff is not so friedly, but very businesslike attidute.I am not sure that this is normal as compared with other hotels in Dubai.Toally judged from the reasonable price, I think very good.

Staff are very friendly, particularly the receptionists. Toilet needs to be brushed but its not bad. The only problem I've encountered was the airconditioning. It was centralized and when you feel cold, you have to go out from the room and turn off the control. Otherwise things were ok.

Booked Panorama Hotel in Deira, when we arrived there ;(7.30a.m.), we had to change to Panorama Hotel in Bur Dubai for earlier check in, (was possible at 9a.m.!!), and the hotel in Deira was fully booked for the moment) So, doesn`t really matter.. Good hotel for that money..

The control of the A/C is shared between 5 to 6 rooms, for which it is difficult to control the cooling of the room. The rooms and the bathrooms were not to the standard.
