Hard to locate. 90 minute to two hour wait for a taxi at all times of the day and night. No adequate transport links. Staff unable and seemingly unwilling to help. Terrible food. No hot water in the room. No hot water in the fitness centre. The worst hotel I have stayed at in Dubai in 12 years of visiting. Don't stay here unless you are desperate. I would struggle to give this one star out of five.
No natural light. Fitted kitchen but no plates or bowls etc. No hot water for 48 hours. Bed was comfrotable but otherwise this was pretty grim.
Slow lifts, underequipped gym (dating from 1970s). Breakfast room over-crowded. Poor service. Room cleaning only every other day. Reception staff could not provide a key to my room on arrival and I had to ask someone to let me in each time I wanted access to my room for the first 12 hours. There was no attempt to organise any kind of sensible transport for the dozens of people stranded in the lobby trying to get into Dubai city. Generally disinterested staff.
I tried the breakfast on day one; it was terrible and I did not go back again the following day. 240 USD per night for no hot water and awful food and poor service. Very very over-priced.
No good for anything excpet getting stuck in the middle of nowhere. transport from the hotel to Dubai city or the beach or the airport was very very difficult to find. This hotel did nothing to help the guests who were stuck. I was told by reception to walk until I found a taxi. Hopeless.

Simply saying, great facility with quite poorly trained staff as if they didn't have the faintest idea about customer service. Extreamly far way before gain 5 stars rating
