The friendly helpful conduct of the staff was over whelming. Made you feel like an old friend. Dont care about 7 star hotels.....I will stay at the Lotus Botique hotel always. Room acceptable, though the electrical wiring needs to be checked. Would like to see different voltage adapters fitted. Food was excellent. Room service is excellent except after 12pm. There is no better personal service I have found. Barmen very helpful. Waitresses exceptional....Cannot find in Australia! Prompt hotel/Taxi service. Staff made my stay enjoyable. Listen to there recommendations! Staff made you feel at home and would go out of there way to help you enjoy your stay. Dont care if you believe me or not. In future I will try to book at the Lotus Botique first.....

The hotel location was ideal and central to all, not noisy and had supermarket around the corner 2 mins away. Taxis are very cheap and reception were willing to arrange one if necessary. Food was excellent and delivered by such friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff were very helpful in getting information and booking trips. There was a courtesy bus to the beach, shops and airport. Over all we had a lovely stay at the hotel and the friendly helpful staff contributed in a large way to this. Thanks to all. There was a bar with live music and entertainment any night we checked it. The entertainment was good but the lighting was not to my liking in that I don't like disco style lighting. The room was cleaned and new towels provided each day and the quality and choice of food for breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The accomodation was very good for the grade of hotel and the location was good.

considering prices in dubai this hotel was reasonable but poor location and standard was below our expectations based on price location and services we woululd expect in australia
