While checking in, The reception person wan't up to the profissional level to work in such hotel. Also, I have made this reservation using my account but for my friend. I have sent the form requested by you through fax, however, when my friend went to check in, he found the reservation on my name not his name. Other that this, as usual the reservation process is perfect....
