Unparalleled luxury and service. Unbelievable staff, and dedication to hospitality. Food amazing, breakfast spread truly luxurious. Wild Wadi attached amazing to experience. Always willing to help staff and experienced in all repects. Extremely generous spacious room with breathtaking views of the Gulf and Burj Al Arab. Dedicated access via the Club Exec staff. very professional. Pool faciltiies unparallelled. Wild Wadi and restaurants just brilliant. Needed some simple medical attention and the medical clinic was on hand to help out, very professional. Great attention to detail, and always impeccable room service and cleanliness of the hotel brilliant, esp like the sand where butts are disposed, cleaned before you can blink with a special pattern, very unique. breakfast very good, meals at all restaurants excellent, La Parilla brilliant. Easy access to all the highways, taxi's always on hand, also close to Madinat and Jumeirah, very well located. little far from the airport, but worth being out of the bussle of downtown Dubai. Shuttle sefice to Madinat, and beach and buggy on hand all the time for long walks. Hotel is pricy, but well worth every cent. A truly world class experience.
