What friendly, helpful staff, they could not do enough.Hussan who worked at the front desk was incredible . Our flight arrived early & he got our room cleaned up and checked us in way before check in time. The bresk-fast was delicious and every-one was so pleasent. That night , the concierge called and made various bookings for us at a few restaurants.He could not have been more accomodating. Our room was clean and comfortable even though it was a little tired. Location excellent - overlooking Deira Creek and within reasonable travelling distance of city centre. Very helpful staff who made things happen to enable me to get into my room early having arrived early morning. Make a point of dining aboard the hotel's Al Mansour dhow whilst it cruises the Creek in the evening (cheaper than dining in one of the hotel restaurants!)
