Tour Desk - We booked several tours via the tour desk and found them to be quite ok, BUT, we arranged a camel/horse racing tour which included another couple from Scotland and it was very evident that in a very short space of time that there was no such thing as a horse or camel races on that particular day, the driver had no idea where to go or that they were even happening, thus making the 4 people in the vehicle very irate, we demanded our money to be returned to us and to return us back to the hotel immediately. The driver became very agitated and drove off like a maniac at a very high speed until he was asked to slow down by us. When we arrived back at the hotel each couple received 200 Dirhams refund from our full payment of 250 Dirhams. We would never book anymore tours with that particular tour desk again

The location is good as its very convenient with shops/food outlets nearby.The staff are friendly.The room is big but a bit old looking.The TV channels are limited even though its stated on the internet when I booked that there have satelite tv.The room I was in has no internet connections even though its stated on the internet that they have when I booked.Overall its an average stay due to overstated facilities.The swimming pool must be the smallest I have ever seen.
