I was absolutely satisfied with the Four Points by Sheraton in Bur Dubai. We arrived at 1 in the morning. The driver was at the airport to pick us up. We got an upgrade on the room, with no extra charge. We even got offered a juice upon our arrival. The executive room on the 5th floor was excellent. Overlooking the street. Excellent beds, plasma TV, nice marble bathroom, separate sitting area, mini bar, safe and big closet. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was excellent. The staff EXTREMELY nice and friendly. Every day, they had something different for breakfast. We have als...

The staff EXTREMELY nice and friendly. Every day, they had something different for breakfast. We have also ordered room service twice, which was very cheap and delicious. The pool is not very big and it is located on the mezzanine floor. But, it's extremely clean and nice. There is also a jacuzzi there. Towels are provided. I didnt use the gym, but I went in there and it was very well equipped and fair in size. The hotel had also a cafe, a night club (I never went), a ballroom and a medium size lounge. We were allowed to check out at 3pm, with no extra charge. The hotel also arranged for us to go to the beach, free of charge. They also had driver services, which we used once (except from airport transfer which costed 100 dirhams each time). The area where the hotel is was ideal. The Metro is 5 minutes walk, the Burjuman Mall is 5 minutes walk and there are two supermarkets, next door. Which were very cheap. Also there were numerous bus stops outside the hotel. It was overall perfect and I would definitely go back!

Excellent location!!! The hotel is a walking distance from Bur Juman shopping center on one side and Meena Bazaar on the other. Took the Abra (ferry) from Meena Bazaar side to go to Deira - Gold Souk - for just AED 1. Cabs are easy to get from the hotel. Airpory is about 15 mins drive costing about AED ~20. Found the beds very comfortable. No noise at allon the 5th floor. Helpful staff. All in all, a very good hotel in all respects.

Overall excellent service except when checking out I ask for a taxi and was provided with an expensive limousine. I did not realize this until I got to my destination and the driver said he already cleared the meter.

Not the usual Sheraton standard, but very good value for money considering average Dubai hotel prices. Nice rooms and good breakfast buffet.
