The hotel staff were very helpful and with good customer service manners, the room was great value for the dollar, the traffic in the area was heavy but all in all it was a good experience.

We had a problem with the a/c in the first room and after reporting it the problem was not fixed so after our 2nd complaint they had no hasitation in up grading us to a suite .apart from tha we would stay there again no problem.You can use the facilities next door at the 5star part of the hotel for no cost. a little noisy as this room was under a resturant whem moved to a suite no problem. the desk staff were as helpful as we needed when askedto do something. breakfast was excallent as much as you wanted and the restarants and bars were to. very subjective but suited us for what we wanted to do. 10 mins walk to the creek.
