Hotel location is positive as it is near the airport. Staff is not very accomodating, and the cleaners smoked all over the hotel, making a non smoking room unbearable!!!. The heating system never worked properly, the lighting in the room was non existant!! I cannot believe this hotel is rated as a four star hotel!!!! For me it was and will be an only experience. It was near the airport. But it was on a highway, so there were no cafes, shops at walking distance. The bed was clean and the towels were changed everyday. Dining room was acceptable.
