Physical facilities are good but reception during check-in was poor. Maybe they don't have enough staff to help us on our luggage but at the very least they could say 'welcome' and show us where the lift was. With a 4-star rated hotel we expect the staff to be more friendly and guest orientated. Good facilities, room and location for what we have paid for....
