i liked everything in this hotel,location is excellent specially the tram service infront of the hotel connecting the city, the breakfast is very lavish, delicious and timely'even they served in the room itself, tour arrangement is perfect, staff members are very friendly and curteous, house keeping is excellent, bell boys are very helpful, the swimming pool is located in a very nice place and clean,the staff members at the reception desk are very friendly, helpful, always smiling and speaking good english, please convey my best wihes to them, if i go again to istanbul i will stay in this hote...

The best thing about this hotel is that its well located and the Tram station is right in front.The rooms were small and very warm as airconditioning was not there as they said it was coz they had changed to winter schedule; although it was good warm weather.
